Yesterday's recipe was this corn and bacon pie.

I used a store bought crust - actually 2, because it made enough to fill two. Thankfully I was prepared by reading the comments. I used some dried onions, and different cheese. It was very tasty, and 4 out of 5 of us liked it.  The dog was drooling while it baked as well. I'd make this again.  Served it with a green salad and roasted cauliflower and broccoli.
